Study On The Academic Experience Of Treating Postpartum Disease By Master Of Chinese Medicine Ban Xiuwen

Objective:To analysis the academic experience of treating postpartum disease by Master of Chinese medicine Ban Xiuwenby methods of literature research and medical case data mining.Methods: The theoretical research and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine ancient physicians and modern doctors on postpartum diseases were consulted.A preliminary understanding of postpartum diseases was made based on the related works of Ban Xiuwen's medical theory and medical records.The cases of postpartum diseases in Ban Lao's publicly-published work were collected,and Ban Lao's medical treatment of postpartum diseases was taken as the research object.The contents of the collected medical records include the patient's age,occupation,symptoms,diagnosis,syndrome,treatment,and prescription.Epidata3.1 was used to establish Ban Xiuwen's postpartum medical records database.SPSS22.0 and IBM SPSS Modelerl4.1 were used to analyze the frequency of the collected data and Apriori algorithm association rules analysis.The statistical results were analyzed and discussed using the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:(1)he historical evolution of postpartum illness can go through approximately 7 periods.In the pre-Qin era,from the use of words to the Thirteen Classics and the records of Various Schools for postpartum diseases,as well as diagnosis and treatment,the postpartum disease gradually developed from some scattered records to the formation of theoretical systems and formed the germ of post-natal diseases in TCM.In the Qin and Han Dynasties,as a whole treatment system,the formation of TCM syndrome hasestablished,and gynecology,as one of the important components,has also been rapid development.During the period of the Three Kingdoms,Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the development of obstetrics and gynaecology had been restricted due to endless wars.However,at this time,Buddhism and Taoism were extremely popular,and some of their philosophical thinking and health concepts had a certain influence on the development of gynecology.The characteristics and achievements of the gynecology in the Sui and Tang dynasties seem to be concentrated in the study and elucidation of the cause and pathogenesis,and revision of previous science to make it more complete and mature.During the Song and Jin dynasties,during the Song Dynasty,the “Science Bureau” was established to cultivate specialized talents.Among the nine sections that were established in the regulations,there were obstetrics.And gynecology department was pushed to a new height of development.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the "philosophy of the mind" prevailing at the time,reemergence of light practice,had a certain inhibitory effect on the development of natural sciences,including medicine,and postpartum disease research was consummated under feudal rites and rites.(2)In this study,a total of 166 cases of postpartum illness and medical treatment were collected from the Master of Chinese medicine Ban Xiuwen.A total of 45 postpartum diseases were diagnosed in the medical case.There were 58 postpartum disease types involved in the medical case,and a total of 64 postpartum diseases were involved in the medical case.Of the 166 prescriptions for postpartum diseases collected,8 of them contained only the names of the parties and did not list the taste and dosage of drugs.They shared 187 tastes,and the total number of drugs was 1,403.There are 13 flavors of drugs that use more than 20 times of frequency.(3)Associated drug-drug second-order drug association rules 32,third-order drug association rules 52,fourth-order drug association rules 19,and fourth-order drug association rules 2.There are 17 second-order rules for drug-symptomatic rules,73 third-order association rules,and 6 fourth-order association rules.Conclusions:Through the analysis of medical doctors' literatures in the past,combined with the arrangement of medical books written by Ban Xiuwen,it can be seen that in the process of childbirth,Ban Xiuwen thinks that bleeding from production and injury,loss of vitality,weakening of disease resistance,and proneness to various diseases,postpartum diseases are mostly Complex symptoms,and actual inclusion is its main etiology and pathogenesis;therefore,the principle of its treatment is to nourish blood and strengthen the body to consolidate the foundation,but also to promote blood circulation and phlegm to remove the symptoms.In clinical practice,we must correctly grasp and apply the principles of treatment of blood and phlegm,softness and extinction,Dredge the channels and collaterals and astringent,warm medicine and cold medicine.Since postpartum diseases are a major category of diseases,the reasons for seeking evidence and syndrome differentiation should be examined in the course of specific diagnosis and treatment.
