Based On Data Mining, Explore The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Masters' Medication For Diabetes

Purpose: In this study,with the help of the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,we excavated the rule of clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus by three-time masters of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for the present clinical practice and broaden the thinking of diagnosis and treatment.Data and methods: We searched all the literature about the treatment of diabetes mellitus by three-time masters of traditional Chinese medicine through the cnki,Wanfang database,the Vip database.Both the 75 clinical cases that met the inclusion criteria were first diagnosed with clinical symptoms,and the prescription and drugs of Chinese medicine were entered into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.We adopted the association rule Apriori algorithm and the complex system entropy clustering statistical method to determine the clinical tongue symptom frequency and its association rules in the prescription of medical case,single drug frequency,frequency of Core drug combinations and association rules between drugs,new prescriptions combination and candidate new prescriptions.Results: 1.1 Among the 75 Chinese medicine cases that met the inclusion criteria,the first prescription drug was 157 flavors,921 times,and 172 clinical tongue symptoms,691 times.1.2 Statistical results of single drug frequency and common dose: In Seventy-five firstdiagnosed prescriptions,13 flavors of single-flavor drugs appeared more than 18 times.The first five kinds drugs of single drug including Yam,Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Zhimu,Trichosanthin.The commonly dosage is 30 g,30g,15 g,20g,15 g.1.3 Statistical results of Frequency of drug combinations and association rules between drugs: Core drug combination 15 groups,the Chinese medicine combination association rule(confidence level > 0.75),and there are 8 groups with higher correlation degree.1.4 Statistical results of the regression of drug flavor return to the meridian: Frequency order from high to low,385 cold times in turn,mild 225 times,flatness 222 times,cool 61 times,heat 16 times;The five flavors are in turn sweet 606 times,bitter 445 times,symplectic 233 times,acid 79 times,salty 43 times,astringent 36 times;Return to the lung meridian 423 times,spleen meridian 392 times,kidney 381 times,,stomach 364 times,,liver 362 times,,heart 280 times in turn.1.5 Statistical results of drug efficacy classification: There were 19 drug efficacy categories,there were mainly 30 kinds of tonifying,21 kinds of heat-clearing,15 kinds of diuresis and dampness,15 kinds of blood-activating and stasis-removing,in which the frequency was 282 times,196 times,99 times and 82 times respectively.1.6 Statistical Analysis results of Core Combinations for clustering and candidate new prescription: Through the statistical analysis of entropy clustering of complex systems,12 groups of new prescription combinations were obtained,and on the basis of the new prescription combination,six candidate new prescriptions were prepared.Conclusion:In treating diabetes,experts of traditional Chinese medicine follow by basic therapeutic principles of nourishing yin and clearing heat,supplementing qi and promoting the production of body fluid and focus on products of tonifying qi and yin,removing heat to promote salivation,meanwhile considering treating thought of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,fortifying the spleen and disinhibiting dampness,which meets principles of treating both symptoms and pathogens in traditional Chinese medicine.
