Design And Implementation Of Master Data Management System In Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

In recent years,as the state has increased its support for the field of Chinese medicine,capital investment has continued to increase,and the informationization of Chinese medicine has been rapidly improved,which has effectively promoted the modernization of Chinese medicine.In the "Chinese Medicine Development Strategy Plan(2016-2030)" and "Traditional Chinese Medicine Development "13th Five-Year Plan",we will introduce new medical services such as "Internet + medical","telemedicine" and "regional medical association".The application of the model to the Chinese medicine industry will help optimize and integrate medical resources and achieve rational allocation of resources.At present,information systems have become an indispensable support for hospital operations.The development of hospital informationization is inseparable from the integration of information systems.However,as the medical and general management data of the hospital continues to increase,the data standards are inconsistent.When extracting data from various information systems of the hospital,it is found that the basic data is not standardized and inaccurate,and the interaction between data is difficult,resulting in information islands.The interconnection and intercommunication between information systems makes it impossible to apply big data technology and realize the management idea of "data talk,data management,data decision".In view of the above-mentioned information about the inconsistency of data structure and information islands in the hospital information system,this study proposes to establish standardized basic data based on the concept of "master data management" in the information system of Chinese medicine hospitals,to provide interconnection and interoperability between information systems.A work idea and method.The main research contents of this paper are:1.Organize,summarize and analyze the relevant concepts of master data,and standardize the concept of master data of Chinese medicine hospitals.Through the research and analysis of relevant literatures at home and abroad,master the problems and development trends of the design and application of master data management systems,and provide design ideas and technical methods for this research.2.Determine the design requirements of the main data management system of TCM hospitals through literature research,on-site investigation,expert consultation,etc.,and plan and design the system architecture,functional structure,main data standard library,etc.according to system science and software engineering methods.Improve the quality and application level of the master data management system.3.Establish and implement the master data model management of the main data management system of TCM hospitals,form standardized master data,maintain and manage the constructed master data standard and value code library,provide master data related services,and unify the information of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The system's data standards enable interconnection and information sharing.
