Purpose:The overarching objective of Postpartum Arthromyodynia is to investigate the Ancient Chinese Medicine using computer and statistical methods.provide the basis for therapy in treatment of Postpartum Arthromyodynia,to improve patients with Postpartum Arthromyodynia to provide safe and effectice,economical treatment.Material and method:the basic statistical information of the data is calculated through Matlab.Most prescription comes from《胎产新书》(53)《竹林女科证治》(115),the database includes 272 formulates,which can be divided into postpartum disease.The 267 formulates are dominated by those of internal use.Among the 272 formulates for internal use,decoction(158),powder(63),pill(42),and others(4)are identified.The 272 formulates have a mean of 5 herbs per formulate,and385 herbs,254 symptoms and 50 syndrome factors.Frequency is calculated for the symptom,syndrome factor,herb,.Based on these extensive analyses,the underlying rule of formulate from the Ancient Chinese Medicine。Than based on the previous conclusion,analyze the medicine use and the most frequent symptom of Postpartum Arthromyodynia in Traditional Chinese MedicineResults:In Postpartum Arthromyodynia meridian.Association between herbs is also explored through association rule analysis,obtaining two-,three-and four-herb association rules of 10,27,and 7, respectively,and comes the conclusion that Traditional Chinese Medicine take the vicissitude of qi and blood and the weakness of spleen and stomach as an important issue of Postpartum Arthromyodynia’s morbidity.Conclusion:herbs and syndrome factors with high frequency are further investigated through a comparison between postpartum diseases.Comparison results show that qi and blood are the key of the treatment of gynecopathy in the Ancient Chinese Medicine, with an emphasis on spleen and stomach.The treatment of postpartum disease is mainly through warming qi and blood,protecting spleen and lung.
