| [Objective]In this study,back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture was used to treat patients with post-stroke balance disorder, and its clinical effect was verified by comparing with conventional acupuncture.[Methods]In this study,80 patients with stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were added with core muscle training assisted by Tiangui suspension and weight loss on the basis of medical treatment. The points in back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture group were Qimen(LR14),Zhangmen(LR13),Jingmen(GB25)on the affected side,Bilateral Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20)and Shenshu(BL23),and the points in conventional acupuncture group were Shuigou(DU26),Neiguan(PC6),Jiquan(HT1),Chize(LU5),Weizhong(BL40),Sanyinjiao(SP6)on the affected side.Retaining needle for 30 minutes,5 times a week for 4 weeks. The changes of Berg Balance Scale,Trunk Control Test,Fugl-Meyer Assessment,Functional Ambulation Category and Modified Barthel Index were observed before and after treatment.[Results]1.There were statistically significant differences in Berg Balance Scale,Trunk Control Test,Fugl-Meyer Assessment,Functional Ambulation Category and Modified Barthel Index before and after treatment between the back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Berg Balance Scale,Trunk Control Test,Fugl-Meyer Assessment,Functional Ambulation Category and Modified Barthel Index in the back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]1.Both back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve the balance of patients with stroke, enhance the motor function of trunk and limbs, and improve the walking function and activities of daily living of patients.2.The effect of back-shu and front-mu points acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture in improving balance function, motor function of trunk and limb, walking function and ability of daily living activities of stroke patients. |
