Research On Medical Dispute Management In Gansu X Hospital

With the rapid development of China's economy,the social structure is undergoing tremendous changes,the increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the contradiction between the productive forces do not match.At the same time,with the improvement of our country's law,sound and transparent Process,citizens dare to take the initiative to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.However,there are still some problems in the management of medical disputes in the construction of medical laws and regulations in our country.There are many problems in the management of medical disputes.The medical disputes are becoming more and more serious.The contradiction between doctors and patients has become a danger and disrupts the hidden problems of normal social order.Therefore,how to improve the management of hospital-related aspects,and to prevent and properly handle medical malpractice incident,it is mainly discussed in this paper.This paper mainly elaborates the significance of crisis management related theory in the study of medical disputes related issues,to a Third-Grade Class-A hospital in Gansu as the research object(hereinafter referred to as X Hospital),and puts forward the relevant measures and management measures for medical disputes over the years.Using the theory of management theory,objective analysis of its management of medical disputes for the rationality,and its existing deficiencies to make recommendations.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part describes research purpose,significance and status quo of this research at home and abroad,while the use of theoretical models are described,and the use of medical disputes with the model established contacts;the second part,through the establishment of different dimensions,X for the status quo hospital medical disputes are described,and a preliminary analysis by Excel,SPSS.18 software,deepen the overall understanding of the status quo hospital medical X disputes;the third part of the status quo management of medical disputes hospital for X analysis,important work through elaborate and introduce an X-hospital management of medical disputes,related approaches,extract the contents with a reference for the management of medical disputes;part IV,combined with interviews described the presence of X hospital medical malpractice in the management of the problem finds that the prior administration of medical malpractice in the hospital less than a typical X,and to summarize;section V for the characteristic X-hospital medical dispute were summarized,and try to sum up the causes X hospital medical disputes;sixth part of the hospital for medical dispute management existing problems,propose ways to improve the construction of the relevant;Seventh part,conclusion.Based on the background of their own disciplines,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the theory and related analysis methods,which is based on the theory of crisis management,and tries to improve the level of crisis management of medical disputes in X hospitals.
