As the relations between the doctors and patients are strained. Medical Disputes has became a hotspot and caused wide public concern. This paper is to seeking an efficient settlement channel of Medical Disputes to settle the Medical Disputes quickly, equitably and cost-effectively, establishing and maintaining good doctor-patient relationship. Based on the perspective of crises management, this paper analyzes the basic properties,reasons and characteristics of representation of medical disputes; and medical dispute resolution process of development. It cites typical cases occurred in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province in recent years and analyzes "Regulations of Medical Malpractice," medical disputes consultation mechanisms, identification of system defects to note the baneful effects that caused by the current medical disputes crisis resolution institutions. Comparison of medical disputes at home and abroad means and methods. According to the theory of crisis management, it states that people should commence from four aspects----risis prevention of medical disputes, treatment, rehabilitation and establishment of long-term, to exploration and research medical Disputes crisis channel.
