The Application Research Of Crisis Management In Medicine Dispute

The situation of current medical dispute is unprecedented worsen; it became one of disturbance of social stability and usual crisis of hospital and society. Sometimes the contradictory was intensified, such as stirring up noise or beating the medical personnel, the disturbances of medical service which sometimes occur. Medical dispute is not merely only the sanitation system category question, but also needed the entire social to pay more attention to it and take some actions right on. Finding the effective way to prevent the medical dispute from the root, and how to low the harm degree which possibly brings it to the lowest becomes study' s focal point.The study adopts the methods of literature commenting/literature inducting/experts' consulting, elaborates the major views and the conception through 4 chapters. On the foundation of historical literature systematic review, the second chapter: defines the concepts and characteristics of the crisis and crisis managements on the theory, studies the western developed country crisis management research' results, draws on the experience of their practice on the crisis management in each domain, and elaborates the connection between the medical dispute and the value of using the crisis management theory. The third chapter: analyses the current situation /the origin/the deal with-pattern of medical dispute/the question in the dealing with the dispute. The fourth chapter: proposes the principle and the goal of crisis manage of medical dispute integrating the crisis management theory and it practice, and then establishes the crisis management of medical dispute in the aspect of government, sociality, and hospital.The research founds crisis management is a scientific management idea and management method. Medical dispute as a normal crisis, needs to deal with it in the scientific and effective management way. We, in dealing with the medical dispute, should follow the principles of crisis management and processing, handle disputes more scientific, standardized and legalized, and then it will create a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to promote the medical health care for the healthy development.Construction medical disputes in crisis management needs to guarantee the legal premise, not only at the government level to create an early warning mechanism and rapid response mechanisms, but also to give full play to the leading role of the government and the harmonization of the functions to reduce the medical disputes' incidence and the harm of it to a minimum degree. In the safeguarding of patients-doctors legitimate rights and interests, we should pay attention to shaping the image of the government.
