The Research On The Causes And The Resolutions Of Medical Dispute Under The Angle Of The Hospital

By analyzing the quantity,characteristics and causes of medical disputes of X hospital in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2015,this paper sums up the main cause of the these medical disputes and concludes the features of these disputes with some specific cases happened in this hospital.And also some targeted suggestions and and countermeasures of these disputes are also present in this paper.According to the data analysis and related materials of these medical disputes at Jiangsu X hospital from 2013 to 2015,the conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The low personal quality of some medical related individuals.2.The poor communications between doctors and patients.3.The asymmetric information between doctors and patients.4.The high medical costs.5.The insufficient ability to manage the medical crisis in the hospital.6.The public opinion direction by the public media.These conclusions will provide some references for the hospitals to reduce the medical crisis and resolve the medical disputes.Based on the research,this paper gives some targeted suggestions and methods as follows to prevent and reduce these medical crisis :1.Strengthen the medical ethics construction.2.Improve the doctor-patient communications.3.Enhance the medical expense control.4.Introduce the modern technology like Internet plus medical treatment.5.Lead the third party mediation mechanism into medical disputes.6.Guide the public media to report comprehensively and objectively.
