Objective:Depressive disorder is one of the most common mental disease,characterized by prolonged course,slow progress,high relapse and disability rate.Depressive disorder is the main type of mood disorder,with prominent and long-time low mood as the main clinical features.Clinical and visible low mood bears no relation to the situation.Depression includes moodiness,grief,inferiority remorse,pessimism,even suicidal attempt or behavior,some maybe in stupor.In certain cases,there are obvious anxiety and psychomotor agitation.In severe cases,the patients may have psychotic symptoms such as hallucination and delusion.Every time,depression lasts for at least more than two weeks,some may last for several years.Most cases have tendency of recurrent episode.Most episode can be alleviated,but some may have residual symptoms or become chronic.It seems that females are more likely to suffer from depressive disorder.The reasons may come from taking care of children and the elderly,job discrimination,economic discrimination and role conflict between current job demand and family responsibility.Depressive disorder has a negative effect on female's daily life function,job satisfaction,relaxation,physical health,sexual function,sleep quality,hope,satisfaction of life,quality of life,pregnancy outcome,infant development and mother-infant interaction.In addition,there is evidence that mother's antenatal depression can lead to children's adolescent depression,and the depression may have high recurrent risk after adolescence.The marriage and bearing status of depressive disorder patients is an important factor that influences the effect and prognosis.Therefore,this study will make a survey on the marriage and bearing status of female depressive disorder patients in child bearing period to find out its influence on depression,so that there will be certain evidence to support further targeted research and cience intervention.Methods:Select 74 cases of female depressive disorder patients in child bearing period from outpatients and hospitalization in The Seventh People's Hospital in Dalian from December,2015 to December,2016.Then make a questionnaire survey on all the subjects' general information,spouse information,disease symptoms,marriage status,bearing status,prenatal care and marital and obstetrical influence on disease.Analyze the impact on the severity of depressive symptoms from the marriage and bearing status of female depressive disorder patients,using Chi-square Test and Independent Samples T Test.Statistical calculations are completed with SPSS17.0 software.P <0.05 means that there are significant differences.Results:1.In the study,there is no significant difference in demographic characteristic of female patients with depressive disorder,who are divided into several groups according to the severity of depression(P >0.05).2.In the study,there is no significant difference in the spouse related information of female patients with depressive disorder,who are divided into several groups according to the severity of depression(P >0.05).3.In the study,referring to disease symptoms,there are significant differences only in the first onset characteristic of female patients with depressive disorder,who are divided into several groups according to the severity of depression.(P<0.01).4.In the study,referring to fertility condition of female depressive disorder patients,only neonatal oxygen deficit exiting or not has significant difference in different groups divided by the severity of depression.(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.There is no relation between the severity of female depressive disorder in bearing period and demography factors.2.There is no relation between the severity of female depressive disorder in bearing period and related factors of spouse.3.There is significant relation between moderate,mild depressive disorder of female in bearing period and the slow progression of the first onset of depressive disorder.There is significant relation between severe depressive disorder and the acute onset of the first attack of depressive disorder.4.The severe depressive disorder of female in bearing period is significantly related to fetal hypoxia.
