Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the current situation of negative emotions,social support,coping style and marriage adjustment among female infertility patients and analyze factors which affect marriage adjustment.In addition,analyzed the path of social support,coping style between negative emotions and marriage adjustment of female infertility patients respectively.Methods:With convenience sampling method,we selected inpatient female infertility patients at a class-3A hospital in Changchun as research subject.Questionnaires were sent out to 378 female infertility patients who met the inclusion criteria from May to October in 2016.The questionnaire included five parts: demographic characteristics of female infertility patients,Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaireand Dyadic Adjustment Scale.In this study,measurement data were described by Mean±SE,the count data were described by frequency and constituent ratio.ANOVA analysis,t-testwere used for the one-way analysis of variance.Multiple regression analysis was used for multiple-factor analysis.SPSS software was used to build the moderating effect of social support between negative emotions and marriage adjustment and build the mediating effect of coping style between negative emotions and marriage adjustment.Results:1.The total score of marriage adjustment was(109.39±21.29),the proportion of marriage disorder was 43.4%.There were statistically differences on marriage adjustmentbetween female infertility patients with different characteristics,such as education level,occupation,the degree of spouse support during treatment,the type of infertility,transplant times,and abortion times(P<0.05).2.The incidence of anxiety was 24.6%,and depression was22.0%.The total score of anxiety was(6.58±3.40),the total score of depression was(5.25±4.40);the total score of social support was(63.41±14.01),the total score of support within family members was(22.63±4.50),the total score of friend support and other support was(40.78±9.80).The total score of‘face’ was(19.90±3.36),the total score of‘avoidwas(15.89±3.01),the total score of‘yield’was(11.46±1.61).3.Social support had a moderating effect between negative emotions and marriage adjustment.4.Coping style had apartialmediating effect between negative emotions and marriage adjustment;mediating effects of total variance explained marriage adjustmentwas 31.1%.Conclusion:1.The level of infertile women marriageadjustment waslower than healthy pregnant women;2.Age,marriage,cultural level,residence,occupation,family income,time of infertility and infertility treatment time,type of infertility,transplant times,spouse level of support during treatment,and abortion timesinfluenced marriage adjustment of infertile women to some extent.In which cultural level,occupation,spouse level of support during treatment,type of infertility,transplant times,and abortion times were the main factors that affected marriage adjustment offemale infertility patients.3.Infertile women perceived high level social support,coping score of‘face’,‘avoid’and‘yield’were higher than the national norm.The incidence of anxiety and depression wasnot high.4.Social support hadmoderating effect between negative emotions and marriage adjustment.5.Coping style hadpartialmediating effect between negative emotions and marriage adjustment.
