bjective: To investigate the marriage for the restoration of thedisease in patients with schizophrenia and social functions to restore theinfluence of reproductive status of the investigation of patients withschizophrenia.Methods: marriage, fertility status in patients withschizophrenia, Peking University Institute of Mental Health questionnaireprovided by the consent of trained psychiatrists for134cases of schizophreniaMental Health Center in Sichuan questionnaire.Results:(1) a single set ofcircumstances worse than the disease group marriage, women singles groupworse than marriage group treatment compliance;(2) Social DisabilityScreening Schedule (SDSS) score can be seen in a single group than in thegroup marriage in the marriage functions, parental functions, socialwithdrawal, social activities outside the home, the family activities too small,family functions, personal self-care, interest and concern to the outside world,the difference in terms of responsibility and planning, while men singles groupthan in the group marriage marriage functions, parental functions, the familyactivities too small, poor family functions, responsibility and planning, womensingles group at marriage functions, parental functions, the interest in theoutside world, in terms of responsibility and plans worse than marriage group(3) patients and their families for more than50percent on continued fertility problems are willing to continue life, for health-related psychiatric counseling,only42.9%want to get knowledge in this area, and have been related toreproductive health counseling in only15.5%of the population.Conclusion:Married and family relationships more stable patients with schizophrenia, itssocial function in schizophrenic patients recover better than single state. Socialfunction of male patients in recovery and restoration of the social function offemale patients have different emphases, the monitoring of community socialfunction in patients should be treated separately for men and women. Patientswith schizophrenia have a genetic risk of fertility and teratogenic risk, the needto strengthen prenatal childbirth, many patients with schizophrenia lack ofreproductive health knowledge psychiatry, the lack of knowledge of fertility inpatients with schizophrenia, the future we should strengthen the spirit ofschizophrenia missionary on knowledge of reproductive health.
