The Clinical Efficacy Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Salpingitis Infertility Of Qi-Stagnation Induced Blood-stasis Type

Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Gexiazhuyu Granule on infertility caused by salpingitis and then investigate the mechanism.Methods:60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,the control group was given tubal fluid +acupuncture therapy;the treatment group was given tubal fluid +acupuncture therapy+ oral traditional Chinese Medicine,who are suffered from fallopian tube obstruction diagnosed with HSG and must meet the selection criteria.We observed the diversification of TCM symptoms,local signs and the patency of oviduct with hysterosalpingography before and after treatment.At last we explore its mechanism.Result:1.The treatment of acupuncture combined with Gexiazhuyu Granule can improve the patency of oviduct,ameliorate the clinical symptoms and local signs of the patients who were diagnosed infertility caused by salpingitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis.There is a conspicuous difference between the about the patency of oviduct(P<0.05),which means the effect of the treatment group is better.2.Compared the TCM syndromes curative effect and local signs in two groups it also has a conspicuous difference(P<0.05),that indicates the effect of the treatment group was more significant than the control group 3.The rate of pregnancy within one year has a significant difference(P<0.05).4.There is a correlation between the course of disease and the effect in treatment group,the duration is shorter and then the effect is better;there is a correlation between course of disease and the rate of pregnancy,the duration is shorter and then the rate of pregnancy is much higher.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Gexiazhuyu granule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,local signs,the patency of oviduct and the rate of pregnancy.Besides,the duration is shorter,the efficacy is better.
