| To study the mechanism of Chinese medicine—Yan Ting Granule (YTG) on the sterile female rat models caused by chronic inflammation in oviduct, with wistar rat as the object. The 80 animal models made through implantation from combined bacteria, were randomly into normal control group, model group, clysis group and the oral group, each of which were then divided into 2 period groups -the 15 days and 30 days. All above were detected the changes in the morphology of the oviduct by means of colorizing methods of HE type, the super-microstructure of the oviduct tissues under electronic microscopes , the expression through protein of TNF—a in the epithelial cell of the oviducts by immunological organization chemistry and the content of TNF—a in the serum through radiological immunology.The results show :1. Compared with the rats in the oral intake group, YTG could greatly alleviate the congestion, dropsy ,inflammatory conglutination as well as effusion and help the tissues of the ones in the olysis group to normal.2. The expression of the TNF-a in the oviduct tissues of the clysis group is less eminent than that of the oral intake group.3. The expression of the TNF-a in serum of the clysis group is less eminent than that of the oral intake group.Conclusion:1. The sterile female rat models caused by chronic inflammation in oviduct could be successfully built up through the method of implantation from combined bacteria;2. YTG can greatly alleviate the congestion, dropsy, inflammatory conglutination as well as effusion and help the tissues...
