Clinical Curative Effect Analysis And Experimental Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Fallopain Tubal Inflammatory Infertility

Objective:1.Through clinical observationg and follow-up tostudy the clinical curative effect of oral Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with hydrotubation in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility.2.To explore the mechanism of Gexiazhuyu decoction on qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility,by observing the macroscopic characteristics,tubal histomorphology,hemorrheology,tumor necrosis factor-a and the changes of pregnancy rate on qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility model rat.Methods:1.32qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility patients were given Gexiazhuyu decoction oral combined with hydrotubation,one month for a period of treatment.After 3 coureses of treatment,observe the changes of TCM syndromes,physical signs and patency of fallopain tube on patients.1 year later,observe the pregnancy rate through telephone interview.2.Choose 48 female SD rats and the experimental animals were divided into normal group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and kangfuyan group.In addition to the normal group,other groups were given bacterial inoculation combined with multifactorial stimulation to copy the qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility rat model.And then,traditional Chinese medicine group was fed with Gexiazhuyu decoction,kangfuyan group was fed with kangfuyan suspension,model group and normal group were fed with the same dose of pure water,lasting for 28 days.Observe the changes of the macroscopic characteristics,hemorrheology,tumor necrosis factor-α and the changes of pregnancy rate on rats.Results:1.Compared with prior treatment,the TCM syndromess,physical signs and patency of fallopain tube of patients after treatment obviously improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The number of pregnancy was 17,and the pregnancy rate was 56.67%.3.Model group rats conform to the pathological features and TCM symptom characteristics of i stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility.4.Compared with model group,other groups hemorheology index improved in different extent,especially in Chinese medicine group.5.Model group fallopian tube tissue expression TNF-αsignificantly increased while other treatment groups decrease in different extent.6.Compared with normal group,the pregnancy rate was significantly lower in the model group,the other groups improved in varying degrees,especially in Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:1.Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with hydrotubation can obviously improve the TCM syndromes,physical signs and patency of fallopain tube on patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility.2.Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with hydrotubation can effectively improve the pregnancy rate on patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tubal inflammatory infertility.3.Gexiazhuyutang can improve signs,the structure and function of fallopian tube in qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility model rat.4.Gexiazhuyutang can significantly improve each index of hemorheology of qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility model rat.5.Gexiazhuyu tang can effectively inhibit the expression of TNF-αin tube epithelial cells of qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility rat.6.Gexiazhuyutang can improve the pregnancy rate of qi stagnation and blood stasis Fallopian tube inflammatory infertility rat.
