The Clinical Exper Ience Of Lin Xiaquan Academic Schools In Treating Vertigo

ObjectiveTo explore the regular pattern of treating vertigo in academic schools of Lin Xiaquan,chinese medication of outpatient or inpatient records from Lin Xiaquan and his successor,famous TCM doctor Liu Maocai and professor Huang Yan were collected and analyzed.In this study,high-frequency compatibility combination of medication was summarized and Lin Xiaquan academic school clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of vertigo was preliminary summarized.Methods1.Using Data Mining Methods:To collect the herb medication precipitation of Lin Xiaquan from January 1st,1976 to December 31th,1978 and Liu Maocai,Huang Yan from January 1st,2010 to December 31th,2014,using SPSS 17.0 descriptive analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and data mining analyis.2.To analysis the typical cases of Chinese medicine which were diagnosis with vertigo.3.Preliminary summarized the clinical experience of Lin Xiaquan academic schools in treating vertigo.ResultsIn the part of Lin Xiaquan,the study from the hospital system to find the TCM diagnosis of vertigo related to medical records of 11,involving a total of 20 relevant prescriptions.In the second part of Liu Maocai treatment of vertigo drug laws,the present study collected 143 medical records of Liu Maocai.Cluster analysis was performed to obtain the drug for seven groups.Factor analysis was performed to obtain five major factors ingredients.In the third part of Huang Yan,434 case of medical records related to diagnosis of vertigo were collected.A total of 104 kinds of types of drugs were used.System cluster analysis(string)showed 11 groups was available.Factor analysis showed 6 major factors.Data analysis revealed that Liu Maocai commonly used 7 groups,respectively TPG*moutan,gutta*Achyranthes,Uncaria*Sweet,Albizia*Polygonum vine,Astragalus*dangshen,Tianma Shan Yu*meat,Poria*Atractylodes.Common class side has five groups,the first group of Eclipta,Ligustrum lucidum,mistletoe,fleece-flower root,Eucommia,Achyranthes,Uncaria;second group Atractylodes,Polygala,turmeric,Shichangpu,Poria,Codonopsis;The third group of Albizia,white peony root,Radix,Radix rattan,Semen;Millettla fourth group,Astragalus,Angelica;fifth group Pyrolae,Yuzhu,Ligusticum.Professor Huang Yan commonly used drugs for the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo(string)has 11 groups,respectively,Ligustrum*Eclipta,mistletoe*fleece-flower root,astragalus*Angelica,Polygonatum*Pyrolae,dogwood*Achyranthes,TGP*Albizia,Zhuru*Tianzhu Huang,Pueraria*thistles*Angelica root,turmeric Shichangpu**Polygala,Tianma*dangshen.Common class side has five groups,the first group of Eclipta,Ligustrum lucidum,mistletoe,fleece-flower root,Eucommia,Uncaria,Achyranthes,dogwood,and the second group was Atractylodes,Polygala,turmeric,Shichangpu,Poria,Codonopsis,gall Southern Star,the third group of Albizia,white peony root,Radix,Radix rattan,Semen,and the fourth group was Millettla,Astragalus,Angelica,the fifth group Pyrolae,Yuzhu,Artemisia,the sixth group of Angelica root,thorns.ConclusionLin Xiaquan academic schools were based on the treatment of vertigo with the yin of liver,spleen and kidney.Lin Xiaquan focused on the qi and yin of upper-jiao and two generations of physicians focused on the yin of liver and kidney in lower-jiao.Characteristics:Liu Maocai treated the vertigo with replenishing the vital essence and removing heat,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Huang Yan treated the vertigo with activating blood circulation,resolving phlegm and soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen.
