Objective: Through the clinical study of early discovery:Auricularplaster combined with Jinshikang Oral Liquid can improve uncorrected visual acuity of juvenile myopia, stable diopter of myopia. This research continues to explore the method therapy with a Term of one year the clinical curative effect of juvenile myopia in the previous basis. Methods: The study included 110 juvenile myopia patients with mild and moderate aged 8~14 years(220 eyes)were randomly divided into the control group of 51 patients(102 eyes)intervention group of 59 patients(118 eyes,The treatment of control group were myopia prevention education, conventional optometry and eye exercises, and intervention group on the basis of the control group with Auricular-plaster and Jinshikang oral liquid.A 3-month course of treatment,a total of 4cycles,after the end of treatment,to evaluate the curative effect of two groups.Results:1.The intervention group myopia stable rate was 74.6%,significantly higher than that of control group was 24.5%,the progression rate was 25.4%,significantly lower than the control group 75.5%.2.After 12 months, two groups' diopter increased, and the intervention group and the control group increased in myopia dregree were the average(-0.388±0.35)D,(-0.821±0.33)D,with statistically significant(P<0.01).The intervention group changed diopter was less than-1.00 D,wherein,-1.00 D accounted for only 7%,-0.25D~-0.50 D accounted for 56%,?0.25 D accounted for 6%,the control group of diopter changes more than-1.00 D accounted for 18%,-0.75D~-1.00 D accounted for 56%,no diopter decreased.3.The Comparison of different degree of myopia, mild myopia group two,two groups of moderate myopia diopter were increased, the control group increased significantly higher than those in the intervention group(P<0.01).4.The control group diopter increased and intervention group diopter decreased by three-month intervention,significantly(P<0.01);after 6,9,12 months the intervention, two groups of diopter was increased, and the control group increased diopter were higher in the intervention group, the two groups were different(P<0.01).5.After 12 months, the uncorrected visual acuity of the intervention and the control group decreased to a different degree, the control decreased significantly higher than the intervention group(P<0.01).6.The uncorrected visual acuity decreased in two mild myopia group after 12 months, the control group decreased significantly higher than the intervention group(P<0.01);the uncorrected visual acuity of moderate myopia intervention group increased slightly after 12 months, while the control group decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).7.The control group uncorrected visual acuity decreased, while intervention group improved by 3,6 months intervention, with statistical significance(P<0.01);two groups uncorrected visual acuity were decreased after 9,12 months, and the control group decreased higher than the intervention group, with statistical significance(P<0.01).8.The two groups' ocular and systemic clinical symptoms improved after 12 months,significantly(P<0.01),and the intervention group of ocular and systemic symptoms improvement(total efficiency 86.04%)was significantly higher than the control group(4.9%),with statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Auricular-plaster combined Oral Liquid therapy with a Term of one year can effectively control the progression of myopia and slow the growth rate of myopia.2.The short-term therapy(6 months)of Auricular-plaster combined Oral Liquid can improve the uncorrected visual acuity of the teenagers with mild and moderate myopia, and the long-term therapy(12 months)can slow down the speed of decline.3.Auricular-plaster combined Oral Liquid therapy with a Term of one year can effectively improve the local and systemic symptoms in young patients with mild and moderate myopia.
