Ear Pressure Pills Method To Improve Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Bronchial Asthma

Objective:Clinical observation on improving the treatment of mild to moderate bronchial asthma, Auricular-plaster method with basic therapy compared with simple basic therapy significantly.Methods:63patients were randomly divided into the treatment group:32cases,31cases in the control group,the control group using a simple foundation treatment, foundation treatment:usually use Zuweixin a0.2g,sooner or later each take1times, when necessary to allow patients to use β2-adrenegic agonist(Salbutamol Sulphate Aerosol or Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation);treatment group were treated with auricular plaster therapy combined with basic treatment;acupoint selection.the pressure pill treatment for screen tip,adrenal,trachea,lung,subcortical,sympathetic, two groups were treated for4weeks,7days for a course of treatment,treatment is not rest, a month after the end of treatment (sixtieth days) follow up.In the two groups were observed before and after treatment of TCM symptoms and signs,lung function,and using the asthma control questionnaire in patients with asthma quality of life related clinical curative effect of the above two kinds of methods to evaluate.Results:1.the total effective rate of treatment group was90%,total effective rate of the control group was83.4%,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group in the clinical curative effect of improvement;2.TCM syndrome,two group after treatment than before to reduce wheezing,cough,treatment group was lighter than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05) with the rest of the symptoms;no significant difference (P>0.05);in alleviating wheezing in patients with asthma and cough symptoms than the control group;3.patients of two groups after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),forced vital capacity (FVC)and FEV1/FVC (%) increased values than before treatment has a certain degree of,in the two groups before and after treatment, suggesting significant differences (P<0.05);and the two groups in the treatment later, there was no significant difference (P>0.05);in the improvement of pulmonary function of two groups had no significant difference; 4.in control questionnaire and life scale scores were compared before and after the two groups,the treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05);the two groups after treatment,there were significant differences (P<0.05).The treatment group in asthma control and improve the life quality of the patients with asthma than those in the control group.Conclusion:1.Auricular-plaster method with basic therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate asthma can improve,alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients with mild and moderate asthma,clinical efficacy was significant;2.In the improvement in lung function, treatment group on the basis of simple basic therapy can improve the clinical curative effect of the;3.Auricular-plaster method with basic therapy in the control of asthma, improve the quality of life of patients with asthma on the satisfactory curative effect.
