Research On The Setting Of Middle-aged Nursing Courses In The North Of Sichuan

[Purpose]The paper is to study the establishment of nursing curriculum system in the elderly,and provide scientific basis for the training of senior nursing professionals in secondary vocational schools.[methods]According to the literature,the curriculum of geriatric nursing in China and abroad is set up,and the framework of the middle vocational nursing course system is preliminarily formulated.The application of Delphi Expert consultation method to conduct two rounds of professional consultation,so as to determine the corresponding curriculum system.Inquiry experts choose the condition is college degree or above,intermediate title,more than 10 years working experience in the industry and willing to participate in the study.Develop an expert enquiry form to explain to the experts the background,significance and method of the inquiry.Delphi Expert Consultation method uses the form of anonymous expression,personally issued or emailed two ways to issue questionnaires.The task group conducts the analysis on the results of the consultation.After the collation and induction,it forms a second round of consultation questionnaires,getting into the next step of consultation.An open-ended questionnaire was set up to encourage experts to put forward their own constructive opinions.The organizers analyzed the results of the consultation and finally formed a more consistent result.The data are statistically analyzed by using SPSS20.0 software.The general situation of the expert descriptive analysis is expressed in frequency and percentage.The positive coefficient of experts is expressed by the recovery of questionnaires.The authoritative degree of experts is expressed by the authoritative coefficient cr.The concentration degree of expert opinion is expressed by the identity rate and the importance of the distribution.The degree of coordination of expert opinion is expressed in the coordination coefficient(Kendall).[Result]1.In this study,in the investigation of experts,the judgment coefficient CA mean 0.80,the familiar coefficient CS mean is 0.85;the expert authoritative coefficient(CR)average is 0.82,which demonstrate that the credibility of the experts and the views can be adopted.After two rounds of questionnaire consultation,experts on the curriculum settings of the importance of each curriculum in the 3.93-4.93,and the variation coefficient is between 0.07-0.21,the standard deviation is less than 1,indicating the expert opinion concentration is high,the value of volatility is small,the expert opinion is consistent,and the result is stable and reliable.2.Through the two rounds of Delphi expert Consultation Law finally developed a set of nursing students with secondary vocational education to adapt to the old-age nursing training curriculum system,including elective and compulsory two courses nature,four knowledge group modules,covering the public basic courses,professional basic courses,geriatric nursing courses,humanities and other fields of knowledge.There are 31 courses at total.[Conclusion]The structure of the old-age nursing course system is practical,operable,and the degree of expert cooperation and authority is high,and the opinion coordination is better,which can provide scientific basis for the development of the training plan for the senior nursing professional in Sichuan.
