Study On Training Curriculum Of Infusion Therapy Specialist Nurses Based On Current Situation Investigation And Delphi Method

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to analyze the training course for the infusion therapy specialist nurses in the training base of Nanjing Gulou Hospital in Jiangsu Province,and to adjust the curriculum based on the core competence.It is used to standardize the training of infusion therapy specialist nurses,and provide a basis for training curriculum system of infusion therapy specialist nurses in China.Objects and MethodsPart 1 Investigation on training status of infusion therapy specialist nurses A questionnaire on the status of nursing training for infusion therapy specialist nurses was designed by ourselves.After analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,88 infusion therapy specialist nurses who were trained in the training base of the infusion therapy specialist nurses in Jiangsu province and obtained the questionnaire on the graduation certificate of the nursing specialist were transferred to the questionnaire.In order to understand and analyze satisfaction on training courses and the status of core competencies of specialist nurses.Part 2 Qualitative research on training of infusion therapy specialist nurses An interview outline was designed on the basis of the previous research framework.The contents of previous literature research are verified and supplemented and perfected.By means of semi structural interview,12 infusion therapy specialist nurses,4 patients and family members,and 8 infusion therapy specialists from 15 hospitals in Jiangsu province were given a total of 24 pairs.Interviews were conducted to understand the requirentments of core competence and the expectation for the training towards infusion therapy specialist nurses.Part 3 Application of Delphi method to determine the training course of infusion therapy specialist nursesApply Delphi method to determine the training objectives and training course of infusion therapy specialist nurses.Set up a task group,On the basis of current training courses,the expert consultation questionnaire was compiled based on the results of current survey and qualitative interview.In the form of face-to-face or Email,questionnaires were sent to 15 experts in the field of infusion therapy and take a 2 round of consultation.According to the results of the consultation,combined with the actual situation,we adjusted the curriculum,establish the training objectives and training curriculum system of infusion therapy specialist nurses.Result1.Through the investigation and qualitative interview on the training of infusion therapy specialist nurses,it is shown that the students generally think that the current course training is more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable.At the same time,they hope to update the training course of practical skills,strengthen the course of scientific research and training,further optimize the post setting,and provide training and development of infusion therapy specialist nurses with more resources and supports.2.The core competence framework was established for infusion therapy specialist nurses,including "ability to provide direct clinical nursing","ability of communication and cooperation","ability of education consulting","ability of clinical scientific research","ability of ethical decision making","ability to participate in management",and "professional development ability".On the basis of the 7 core competencies,there are 35 entries for training objectives of infusion therapy specialist nurses were formed.3.The curriculum system of infusion therapy specialist nurses is established,including basic theory knowledge,specialist knowledge,specialist operation skills,interpersonal communication,nursing education,nursing research,nursing ethics,nursing management,and specialist development in 9 aspects,18 items and 93 specific courses,including 30%basic courses,50%specialized courses,and 20%are development coursse,and teaching content plan to adjust 10?15%every year.ConclusionSet up the curriculum on the basis of core competence for infusion therapy specialist nurses,dynamically adjusting courses,can ensure the advancement of knowledge and the development of medicine,strengthen the professionalism of the curriculum,and form an effective training curriculum for infusion therapy specialist nurses,and realize the practical ability of the independent work of the specialized nurses.In the next step,the author intends to use the training course of infusion therapy specialist nurses in clinical practice,training infusion therapy specialist nurses,and testing the scientificalness of the course content setting,so as to provide a scientific basis for ensuring the patients' safety of infusion.
