The Clinical Research Of Migraine Without Aura Treated By Acupuncture In Caucasian Of Switzerland

Objective:With oral administration of paracetamol for comparison,to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of no premonitory migraine in Caucasian of Switzerland,to explore the effectiveness of acupuncture on the disease.Methods:65 patients who had no premonitory migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The treatment group those in the treatment group received,those in the acupuncture treatment,the control control group received orally acetaminophen.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by criteria of curative effect,the Visual Analogue Scale scores,the level of Visual Analogue Scale scores,the frequency,the intensity,the duration and incidental symptom of no premonitory migraine.Results:1.The two groups before treatment data consistent baseline(P > 0.05),comparable.2.Two groups of patients with the number of VAS score,the strength of a headache,headache,headache classification,duration,and accompanied by symptoms before and after treatment were significantly different(P < 0.05).3.The differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups,in improving the patients' pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,headache intensity has no significant difference(P > 0.05);In improving patients with headache frequency and duration there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and in improving the patients' pain,accompany symptoms have significant difference(P < 0.05).4.Follow up,VAS score between the two groups in improving patients,headache intensity,duration headache there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and in improving the number of patients with headache symptoms,pain degree and with significant differences(P < 0.05).5.Both group security is better.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment of Swiss Caucasian patients with migraine without aura type is better than waiting for the clinical curative effect of treatment group.2.Acupuncture treatment of Swiss white migraine without aura type in improving patients' pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,headache intensity and waiting for the treatment group after treatment and curative effect is quite recently.Acupuncture treatment of Swiss white in improving patients with migraine without aura type headache frequency,duration,and waiting for the curative effect of treatment group,in improving the number of headache in patients with recent curative effect is better than waiting for the treatment group,in improving the short term curative effect on the patients with headache duration and wait for the treatment group curative effect.To improve the treatment of patients with headache pain degree and the accompanying symptoms after curative effect and the recent curative effect is better than waiting for the treatment group.3.The two groups in this test the security and compliance of the treatment are also good.
