Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Migraine-type Migraine With Sun Transfusion Rate And Acupuncture Method

Objective: To confirm the effectiveness of the penetrating needling method,we observed the clinical efficacy of the sun permeability Valley needling method in the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods:60 patients with migraine without aura were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group received routine acupuncture.The treatment group: mainly treated with the sun penetration needle method.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.By observing the VAS scale scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,and the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine,the migraine pain scores of the patients were recorded,and then the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was compared.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the indicators and total scores of the symptom score table(p > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups were comparable.2.From the above table,we know that the two groups of patients before and after treatment in the two groups were compared(p > 0.05),indicating that the use of two groups of different treatment methods,can improve the number of headaches,duration,accompanying symptoms and secondary symptoms.3.Comparing the two groups after treatment,there are different situations,such as headache frequency,duration,accompanying symptoms,secondary symptoms,etc.(p < 0.05),with statistical significance.4.The total scores of the two groups were compared(p <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the routine group with themethod of solar permeability Valley needle can effectively improve the symptoms of migraine patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang.2.In VAS score,the treatment group with the sun permeability cereal needle method as the main method was superior to the conventional group.3.The total curative effect of the treatment group based on the sun permeability grain needle method is better than that of the conventional group.
