So we establish the therapeutic principle of "regulating the qi and blood ,activating collaterals to restrain the pain."Then we take the therapeutic method of injecting acupoints with Chan Xiong Qin .combining pricking and cupping .We get the result that the effective rate of this treatment is 94.29%,which surpass clearly the comparable part of modern medicine through the clinical symptom , symdrome of TCM , TCD, the change of blood ET and observing the clinical effect of side hedache without symptom and compairing with modern medicine .It shows that this therapeutic method can regulate well the TCD of non-premonitory migraine ,it also can not only improve the blood changing and abnormal ET of it but comfort the tension of blood vessel .This therapeutic method is effective to treat side-headache.
