Clinical Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Renal Hematuria Based On Data Mining

Objectives: To apply data mining technology to analyze the clinical treatment experience of renal hematuria of Professor Li Mingquan,to explore the syndromes distribution and the drug using regularity,to primarily evaluate the effectiveness and safety of using lamiophlomis rotata capsule and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to treat renal hematuria,and to provide clinical reference for using TCM to treat renal hematuria.Methods:This research employs data mining technology to comprehensively collect and sort out the electronic medical records(EMRs)of patients with renal hematuria of outpatient service accumulated by Professor Li Mingquan in recent years,including 438 patients,2678 times diagnosis,and 2678 prescriptions.Then,Excel database is established,and frequency analysis,clustering analysis,nonparametric analysis and other statistical analysis techniques are employed to discuss the syndromes distribution and the drug using regularity of renal hematuria and to primarily evaluated its effectiveness and safety.Results: 1.Analysis is conducted toward the symptoms,signs,vessels of tongue,and syndrome type distribution conditions of the 438 patients before treatment,and the results are as follows: the TOP10 syndromes with the most sign frequencies are lumbago,dry,tired and weakness,poor sleep,soreness of waist,easy cold,extreme chilliness,bitter taste,and frequent micturition;the tongue natures are mainly dull-red,red,and light red,and coatings on tongue are mainly thin yellow,yellow and greasy,and thin white;and pulse conditions are thin,thin and microslip,and thorough.This research researches the most common types of renal hematuria,namely deficient kidney qi and blood stasis,humid heat and blood stasis,and deficient kidney qi humid heat and blood stasis.Such deficiency syndromes are mainly kidney qi deficiency and deficiency of yin and its sthenia syndromes are blood stasis and humid heat.As a result,it can be found that the syndrome types of this research confirm to its symptoms and signs,and characteristics of vesses of tongue.2.Analysis is conducted toward the 2678 prescriptions of the 2678 times diagnosis toward the 428 patients,and the results are as follows: the research on drug using regularity shows that the drugs which have occurred more than 800 times are: roasted malt,astragalus membranaceus,fructus rosae laevigatae,scutellaria baicalensis,dandelion,madder,gorgon fruit,leech,saposhnikovia divaricata,lophatherum gracile,rhizoma cibotii,semen coicis,angelica sinensis,schisandra chinensis,lalang grass rhizome,liquorice;common deficiency tonifying and inducing astringency drug,heat-clearing drug and hemostatics;and cold-warm-moderate,bitter-sweet-pungent,liver-lung-stomach-kidney are most common for four natures of drugs,five flavors and channel tropism.Based on clustering analysis and clinical experience of the mentor,it can be gained 16 the most common drugs and 10 3-drug combinations,which shows that the prescriptions of the mentor are based on syndromes distribution and are different to different people.3.Curative effect analysis is conducted toward the medical histories of patients who have been paid more than two times(including two)visits among the 438 patients,and they are divided into two groups,namely experimental group(133,treatment of lamiophlomis rotata capsule and TCM)and control group(170,treatment of TCM).The results are as follows: the differences between the numbers of urine erythrocytes of the experimental group patients before and after the treatment have statistical significance(P<0.05)and the total effective rate is 73.68%;and the differences between the numbers of urine erythrocytes of the control group patients before and after the treatment have no statistical significance(P>0.05)and the total effective rate is 60.59%,which show that the treatment of lamiophlomis rotata capsule and TCM has effect in decreasing the number of urine erythrocytes when treating renal hematuria and has advantages in curative effect.The differences urine protein quantitations of the experimental group patients in the 24 h before and after the treatment have statistical significance(P<0.05),the differences urine protein quantitations of the control group patients in the 24 h before and after the treatment have no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the differences between the experimental group patients and the control group patients after treatment have no statistical significance(P>0.05),which show that the treatment of lamiophlomis rotata capsule and TCM has effect in decreasing urine protein quantitation in 24 h.The symptoms and signs of both experimental group patients and control group patients are relieved after treatment,and the total effective rates are 56.80% and 51.03%,which shows that the treatment of lamiophlomis rotata capsule and TCM has better efficiency than the treatment of only TCM in improving patients’ symptoms and signsConclusions:1.The nature of Renal hematuria is characterized by deficiency of kidney,heat and blood stasis as the standard.The pathogenesis of this disease can be summarized as kidney deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis.It is located in the kidney,mainly affects the liver,lung and stomach;2.Tonic astringent type,heat type,blood stasis hemostatic drugs,three categories traditional Chinese medicine,are mostly used for treating the renal hematuria by professor Li Mingquan,and consistent with syndrome distribution trend,Buxu Guse,Qingre Quyu hemostasis were regared as the effective treatment regimen for renal hematuria;3.The clinical efficacy of the drug was analyzed by urine red blood cell count,symptoms and 24 hour urinary protein quantitative of the enrolled researchers in first and last time,indicated that the therapeutic effect of Duyiwei Capsule with Chinese traditional medicine on renal hematuria is more exact.
