Based On Data Mining To Analyze The Clinical Efficacy For The Treatment Of Henoch-schonlein Nephritis By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:using data mining and analysis in recent 5 years in treatment of allergic purpura nephropathy(Henoch-Schonlein nephritis,HSPN)clinical experience,analysis to summarize the syndrome type distribution,medication rule,preliminary evaluation with Chinese medicine hormone and immune inhibitors such as therapeutic efficacy and safety of HSPN,provide clinical guidance for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HSPN.Methods:using the data mining technology to professor ming-quan li from January2013 to January 2018,during the accumulation of HSPN outpatient electronic medical records to conduct a comprehensive collection and sorting,eliminate unqualified and repeated cases,participants included 259 cases,259 cases of clinical time,create a spreadsheet database,using frequency analysis,clustering analysis,nonparametric analysis,statistical analysis methods,such as exploring HSPN syndromes distribution,drug laws,the preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness and safety.This records all by ming-quan li,a professor at the school,a doctoral candidate with collected during diagnosis,examined by professor ming-quan li personally correction,the original data by the derivation of the background information of hospital.Results:1.Included in the 259 cases of patients before symptoms,signs,tongue coating,pulse condition and syndrome type distribution were analyzed,and the results are as follows: the frequency in more than 5% of symptoms and signs coating on the tongue,pulse condition were purpura,dry mouth,waist pain,fatigue,poor sleep,Dark red tongue,red tongue,tongue reddish,yellow greasy moss,moss thin yellow,moss thin white,white greasy moss and fine veins and arteries and veins and arteries and veins count;Dialectical classification: dialectical this deficiency by kidney deficiency,Yin deficiency,qi and Yin deficiency,the firm is given priority to with blood stasis,hot and humid.2.Included in the study of 259 cases of 1951 clinical patients with prescription medications were analyzed,and the results are as follows:(1)the prescription traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)involving a total of 275,total frequency of 31217 Ping,five tastes bitter Gan Xin,after is the liver,spleen,kidney,stomach.(2)based on clustering analysis and tutor experience common medicine for14,3 herbs combination 10 groups.(3)the teachers commonly used western medicine of statistical results show that the frequency of most drugs are hormones,followed by single proprietary Chinese medicine such as tripterygium wilfordii glycosides more slices,rutin,antihistamines,ACEI/ARB also are routinely used to treat HSPN.3.More than 2 times and 2 times of follow-up,78 patients divided into the normal renal function group 56 cases and abnormal renal function group of 22 cases,such as antihistamines,improve vascular permeability of foundation treatment,the symptoms were observed two groups of patients at the end of the first time,urine sediment microscopic red blood cells,24-hour proteinuria quantitative change of the serum creatinine and kidney function,the results are as follows: the signs and symptoms of56 patients with normal renal function group after treatment than before treatment in Chinese medicine eased significantly,total effective rate was 69.50%;Normal renal function group before and after treatment of Chinese medicine treatment of HSPN.At the same time it can be seen that the data mining technology in the inheritance and development of the motherland medicine enterprise plays a very important
