The Clinical Research On Hemorrhoids Ligation External Hemorrhoid Excision Retain Tooth Line In Treating The Mixed Hemorrhoid

Objective:Of hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line and Milligan-Morgan surgery in the two kinds of operation for treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, observe the overall effects of two kinds of operation, healing time, postoperative pain, postoperative complications, the influence of the anal function, contrast the change of the pelvic floor electromyography assessment, to further explore the hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line in curative effect, postoperative complications and anal function protection and other advantages, to evaluate hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line in clinic application value for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Select 60 patients included in the standard, randomly divided into 2 groups, group A (30 cases) with hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line, B group (30 cases) use Milligan-Morgan surgery. Were observed two groups of patients after general curative effect, healing time, postoperative anal pain, anal caliber situation, the anus, anal feeling of,2 groups of patients in the preoperative and postoperative 1 day to evaluate pelvic floor muscles electricity for 3 months. The experimental results using SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis.Result:1. Overall curative effect in both groups had no significant difference, two kinds of operative methods can cure mixed hemorrhoid.2. Group A (internal ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line) and group B (Milligan-Morgan surgery) compared with the healing time, postoperative anal pain, protect the anus caliber, anus control function, the anus has significant advantages on sensory function (P< 0.05).3. Two groups of postoperative pelvic floor recorded electrical evaluation has significant difference (P< 0.05), hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line on protect anal function is better than that of Milligan-Morgan surgery group.Conclusion:By comparing the hemorrhoids ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line and Milligan-Morgan surgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, postoperative complications, anus function, etc, two kinds of operative methods all have effect in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, but internal ligation external hemorrhoid excision retain tooth line less postoperative complications, and has obvious advantage in the protection of the anal function.
