Objective: To investigate the effective observation of curing the circular mixed hemorrhoid with ameliorate stripping outside and prickinginside minute wound operation.Method: The investigation is used random method for 116 patiens.The investigation group is used the ameliorate stripping outside and pricking inside minute wound operation and the contrast one the Milligan- Morgan operation.Result: (1) There were 60 patiens in investigation group, and 56 patiens in the contrast group .(2) The investigation group, which rate of complications such as edema and urinary dysfunction were obvious lower than the contrast one(P<0.01),and the ache of investigation was lower than that (P<0.05),which rate of complications such as edema, ache and bleeding were lower than the contrast one (P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of minute wound operation has virtues of fme effect, distressless,short course and few complication contrasting with the operation of Milligan-Morgan.
