Observe On Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Anal Pain After The Mixed Hemorrhoid External Dissection And Internal Ligation By Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction

Objective:Observe on Clinical Effect of the treatment anal pain after the mixed hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation by Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction.Methods:Randomly divide60cases of mixed hemorrhoids with paralleling external dissection and internal ligation into two groups, among which30cases for test group and30cases for control group. For test group, use Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction to fumigate and wash the anus and for control group, use Povidone Lodine Solution with1:200concentrations to wash the anus. Get the record of pain severity from the patients on1st,2st4th,7th postoperative days so as to form quantified score. Meanwhile, record the time of pain being disappeared and make statistical analysis of the relevant information..Results:Modified TaohongSiwu Decoction could significantly improve patients’postoperative pain compared with the control group. Compare the pain severity on1th and2th days of the two groups, all p>0.05, has no statistical significance. Compare the pain severity on4th and7th days of the two groups, all P<0.05, of which difference has statistical significance. The treatment group is more effective than the control group and there is significant difference p<0.05out of statistical test between the time of pain being disappeared for the two groups. Taohong Siwu Decoction plays a role in blood circulation and pain relief as well as relieves postoperative anal pain with hemorrhoids and alleviates suffering of the patients, which has important clinical significance.Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction Fumigation could significantly alleviates postoperative anal pain of patients after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids, and its direct function and non-significant side effects not only reduce the suffering of patients, but also carry forward the advantages of our the external therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
