Clinical Research Of Baibo Tincture In The Treatment Of Vitiligo (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective: To provide safe and effective treatment methods for the clinical of vitiligo,this paper will observer Baibo tincture in the treatment of Vitiligo' efficacy and safety.Methods: 63 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups,Test group 32 cases and comparison group 31 cases.Both group were given Qubai Decoction 3 times a day,Test group were given Baibo tincture once in the morning and once in the evening,comparison group were given halometasone cream in the morning&calcipotriol ointment in the evening.The course of treatment are 12 weeks.After 8weeks of treatment and at the end of the treatment we would analyzed curative effect through skin lesion area.Last analyzed the adverse reactions.Results:Compare the curative effect of the Test group and the comparison group,Test group total effectiveness 83.3%;the comparison group total effectiveness 86.7%;the result shows that there is no obvious difference between the two groups of recovery rate(P>0.05).In test group,stable stage total effectiveness 91.7%,and advanced stage total effectiveness 77.8%,there is no obvious difference between the two stage of recovery rate(P>0.05).Statistic also shows that the patients in different age and different course have the different recovery rate(P<0.05).And no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions: The curative effect of test group and the comparison group are nearly the same.Baibo tincture combined with Qubai Decoction to treatment vitiligo(Deficiency of liver and kidney)has been certified as a safe and effective methods and worthy of being applied widely.
