Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Fractional CO₂ Laser Combined With Baibo No.2 In The Treatment Of Vitiligo

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fractional CO₂ laser combined with Baibo No.2 in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:60 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in the contrast test.The control group had 30 patients who had 80 white spots in all.The treatment group had 30patients who had 72 white spots in all.Patients of the control group drank Baibo No.2 one dose each day and coated compound kali ziran tincture.Patients of the treatment group were applied to fractional CO₂ laser once every four weeks on the basis of drinking Baibo No.2 one dose each day and coating compound kali ziran tincture.A course of treatment was 4 weeks.We observed 3 courses.The white area of the treatment group and the control group were recorded at the first visit and the return visit after treatment.We evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups by calculating and comparing their white repigmentation rate.Results:?1?The average repigmentation rate of white spot in the treatment group was 6.60%,15.20%and 33.78%after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of treatment.The average repigmentation rate of white spot in the control group was 2.29%,6.95%and 15.38%.The difference of white repigmentation rate in two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?The total effective rate of the treatment group was 22.22%,40.28%and 80.56%after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12weeks of treatment.The total effective rate of the control group was10%,21.25%and 47.50%after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of treatment.The more effective rate of the treatment group was 2.78%,13.89%and 29.17%.The more effective rate of the control group was 0%,3.75%and 10%.The difference of efficacy in two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.?3?The total effective rate and the more effective rate of head-and-neck in the treatment group was87.50%and 45.83%respectively afetr 12 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate and the more effective rate of torso was 90%and 50%respectively.The total effective rate and the more effective rate of limbs was 67.86%and 0%respectively.The therapeutic effect of different parts of the treatment group was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between head-and-neck and trunk?P>0.05?.There was statistically significant difference in efficacy between head-and-neck and limbs?P<0.01?.There was statistically significant difference in efficacy between torso and limbs?P<0.05?.The curative effect of head-and-neck was similar to that of torso.The curative effect of head-and-neck and torso was better than that of limbs.Conclusion:Fractional CO₂ laser combined with Baibo No.2 is effective in the treatment of vitiligo,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
