Clinical Observation Of Yiguanjian Decoction Combined With 304nm Ultraviolet B To Treat Vitiligo Of Liver And Kidney Insufficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of Yi Guan Jian decoction combined with 304nm ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo(liver and kidney insufficiency).Methods:The liver and kidney insufficiency vitiligo patients met the selection criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Yiguanjian decoction one dose daily.The control group of 36 patients received Chinese medicine Baishi pills 3 times a day and 2.5g each time.Both groups were irradiated with 304nm ultraviolet B for white spot twice a week.Recorded prior to enrollment,after the group of three months,six months changes in white spot area,white color and analysed the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:Treatment group and control group,the total efficiency was 69.44% and 41.67%.The efficacy of the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).The white area and white color faded after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was effective than the control group.Conclusion:Yiguanjian decoction combined with 304 nm ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo(liver and kidney insufficiency) can effectively reduce white area and promote white color fade.It is a safe and effective method to control the development of vitiligo(liver and kidney insufficiency).
