The Clinical Observation Of Baibo Gel With Fire Neddle And Cupping,and The Experiment Of Different Concentration Of Baibo Gel On Guinea Pig Model

Objective:To find the effects of different concentration of Baibo gel on Vitiligo guinea pig model,and clinical observation of Baibo gel with Fire neddle and Cupping.Metohods:1?In clinical study,60 patients with Vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups with thirty patients,Group A were treated by Baibo gel with Fire neddle and Cupping.Group B were treated by Bailingding and eat Bailing Pian.it last a month.and then Detailed record the changes of size and colour and relevantinformation every week, according to the criteria to score and compare.2 ? Inexperimental study, guinea pig were randomly divided into five groups,they were respectively be given 5%?10%?15% concentration of Baibo gel, bailingding and Normal saline for four weeks, Do pathologyand then count the number of the melanocyte.Result:The healing rate and effective rate of 15% concentration of Baibo gel is10%,90% respectively.The healing rate and effective rate Baibo gel with Fire neddle and Cupping group is 43.3%,96.7% respectively.Conclution:the effect of 15% concentration of Baibo gel is better than the other concentration of Baibo gel in the experiment.In the clinical observation,the effert of Baibo gel with Fire neddle and Cupping and Bailing Pian is better than Group B,which were treated by Bailingding with Bailingpian.
