Purpose: We are trying to observe the effect of TCM Comprehensive Rehabilitation of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury patients with urinary retention urodynamics, evaluation of TCM Comprehensive rehabilitation therapeutic effect in the treatment of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury.Method: 69 cases were included in this study, excluding in 3 cases, the remaining qualified cases for the treatment of 66 cases. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 34)and control group(n = 32).The treatment group were treated with TCM Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, the control group adopted modern rehabilitation treatment, evaluation of patients before and after treatment of bladder residual urine volume(RUV),Autonomous Urination(VMC),maximum bladder capacity(MBC),maximum bladder pressure(MBP)and other indicators of change.Result:1 after treatment, the treatment group of patients with clinical control in 14 cases, effective in 17 cases, invalid in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 91.18%;the control group of patients with clinical control in 10 cases, effective in 11 cases, invalid in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 2.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2 after treatment, two groups of patients with residual urine volume significantly reduced, independent urine volume increased significantly, compared with before treatment were significantly difference(P<0.05);the treatment group compared with controls(P<0.01),with significant difference.3 after treatment, treatment of maximum bladder capacity, maximum bladder pressure group before and after treatment in comparison, there were significant differences(P<0.05);the control group for comparison of maximum bladder capacity, maximum bladder pressure group before and after treatment, were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the maximum bladder capacity and the maximum bladder pressure(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1 comprehensive rehabilitation of Chinese medicine treatment ofneurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury has a good clinical effect, the treatment effect is significantly higher than that of modern rehabilitation technology.2 comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can reduce the bladder residual urine volume of patients with neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury, and increase the amount of spontaneous urination in patients with spinal cord injury.3 comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the bladder capacity, bladder pressure and other physiological functions in patients with neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury.4 TCM Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has the advantages of simple operation, easy popularization, safety and other advantages, suitable for promotion and application in clinical practice, can effectively improve the level of treatment of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury.
