Clinical Application Analysis Of Compound Anisodine In Ophthalmology

Objective:This project used a retrospective analysis method to statistically analyze hospitalized patients who had been treated with compound anisodine for nearly two years in our hospital in order to understand the drug's adaptation range,disease distribution,and application methods.Its application mechanism,expanding indications and expanding application methods lay the foundation for the wide application of compound anisodine injection in ophthalmology.Methods:1.A total of 237 inpatients who used compound anisodine in ophthalmology at our hospital(Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from July 2015 to October 2017 were collected and their disease types and injection sites were recorded.2.According to the distribution of diseases,find out the most disease cases,and compare the results before and after treatment to summarize the effect.3.The application mechanism of compound anisodine was discussed from both Chinese and western medicine.4.The injection site of compound anisodine was investigated from both Chinese and Western medicine.Results:1.Compound anisodine injection is widely used in ophthalmology in our hospital.Common diseases include optic nerve atrophy,optic neuritis,oculomotor nerve paralysis,ischemic optic neuropathy,diabetic retinopathy,retinal arteriovenous occlusion,central serous chorioretinopathy.Eyes,contusion,etc.,especially optic atrophy,optic neuritis up.The most injection site is the temple(beyond the superficial temporal artery)injection,followed by the ball after the injection,paraballoon injection,Zusanli injection,Diaozhu,fish waist and Fengfeng points injection.2.Optic nerve atrophy and optic neuritis using compound anisodine injection improved visual acuity and visual field after treatment:(1)Optic nerve atrophy: There was statistical significance before and after treatment(all P<0.05);(2)Optic neuritis:before and after treatment Both were statistically significant(all P<0.05).3.As long as there is the participation of the ischemic mechanism and the formation of ischemic and hypoxic conditions,no matter what kind of ophthalmic diseases,compound anisodine injection can be applied as appropriate.4.The choice of compound anisodine injection site can be further expanded according to the specific disease.Conclusion:1.Compound anisodine instructions are indications of ischemic optic nerve,retina,choroidopathy.According to the preliminary analysis of this study and related literature reports,its indications are broader.It is speculated that as long as there is a mechanism of ischemia and the formation of ischemic and hypoxic conditions,any kind of ophthalmic disease can be applied as appropriate.2.Compound anisodine instructions injection site for the superficial temporal artery(the temple),paraballoon.According to the preliminary analysis of this study and related literature reports,the injection site is more selective,but also after the ball,Zusanli,Shenshu,bamboo,fish waist,hurricane and so on.
