Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of ARMD With Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection

Objective:To study the clinical effecacy of Atrophic ARMD on the patients with the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection.Methods:All the 30 cases of atrophic ARMD from the four hospital affiliated toTradtional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang medical university,were randomly divided into two groups:the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection group(n=15)and Vitamin group(n=15).Result:â‘ Compared with control group, The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,The result showed that there was statistical significiant diference in total effective rate and obvious remission rate(P<0.05).â‘¡two groups clinical blood pressure had minish,but of which the differenes had no statistical significance(P>0.05).â‘¢The treatment group its clinical effect total effective rate has higher than control group, of which the differenes had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The result showed that the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection was suitable for the treatment of atrophic ARMD.
