But, anisodine gathered around the anode during electrolytic process with cuprum electrode. That is to say, anisodine is combined with negative charge when enough Cu2+ is in the solution.Discussion:From the results of the experiments, we can make conclusion that the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection is not suitable for iontophoresis directly. But it is possible to be used with some new component in the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection. Another, it can also be tried to use iontophoresis for procaine hydrochloride and anisodine hydrobromide separately. And it maybe a good way to use ultrasound for the compound anisodine hydrobromide injection.
