Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Injectio Ad Acumen In The Treatment On The Type Of Liver-Qi Retrobulbar Neuritis

Objectives Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection compound anisodine in the treatment on the type of Live-Qi retrobulbar neuritis.Methods Choose between January 2015 and January 2017 of treatment in ophthalmology and Acupuncture Department of the second people's Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine,According to the research standard,96 cases of patients with Liver-Qi stagnation type retrobulbar neuritis,a total of 96 eyes.By random number table,the patients were randomly assigned to acupuncture group,acupoint injection group and acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group(n = 32).The acupuncture group choose Jingming(patient),cuanzhu(patient),Sibai(patient),Taiyang(double),Hegu(double),Zhongzhu(double),Guangming(double),Sanyinjiao(double),Zusanli(double),Taichong(double),30 minutes after treatment remove needle.Acupoint injection group choose taiyang(patient)and injection of compound anisodine 2ml.Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group was treated with acupuncture and acupoint injection at the same time,' the concrete operations was the same as the above two groups.The three groups were treated once a day,fourteen days for a course of treatment,the rest of the course of treatment for two days,a total of treatment for two courses.Before and after the treatment of visual acuity,visual field defect,visual evoked potential latency,visual function index score as the main observation indexes,the clinical effects were evaluated after treatment,all data are used SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results 1.The three groups before and after treatment group contrast:after the treatment of the course of the treatment,the visual acuity,visual field defect,P100 wave latency,visual function index score of the patients in the three groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of visual acuity between the three groups after treatment:compared with acupuncture group and acupoint injection group,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group significantly improve visual acuity(P<0.05);compared with acupuncture group and acupoint injection group,acupuncture group significantly improved vision(P<0.05).3.Comparison of visual field defect between the three groups after treatment:compared with acupuncture group and acupoint injection group,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group can significantly repair the defect of visual field(P<0.05);compared with acupoint injection group,acupuncture group vision recovered(P<0.05).4.Comparison of latency period of P100 between the three groups after treatment:compared with acupuncture group and acupoint injection group,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group can significantly shorten the latency of P100(P<0.05);compared with acupoint injection group,acupuncture group P100 latency shortened significantly(P<0.05).5.Comparison of visual function index score between the three groups after treatment:compared with acupuncture group and acupoint injection group,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can significantly improve the visual function index(P<0.05);compared with acupoint injection group,acupuncture group visual function index score increased no statistical difference(P>0.05).6.Clinical efficacy comparison:acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group total efficiency rate was 87.10%;acupuncture group total effective rate was 76.67%;acupoint injection group total efficiency rate was 64.52%,the acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group was better than acupuncture group and acupoint injection group(P<0.05);the efficacy of acupuncture better than point injection group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Acupuncture,acupoint injection,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of three kinds of methods can be effective in the treatment of the stagnation liver-qi retrobulbar neuritis,clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection group than the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and acupoint injection is more significant.2.The advantage of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection can be achieved by restoring visual field and shortening the time of visual evoked potential.
