Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Thumbtack Needle In The Treatment Of Vertigo With The Type Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of vertigo with the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods:The 60 patients who diagnosed with vertigo with the type of hyperact-ivity of liver-yang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given gastrodin injection as basic treatment.In the control group,acupuncture treatment was used for all the main points and matching points.In the treatment group,acupuncture treatment was used for main points and thumbtack needle treatment was used for matching points.The treatment lasted for 6 consecutive days,and the rest lasted for 1 day.DHI scores,DARS scores and TCM syndrome scores were recorded before and after treatment,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the resultsResults:1.There was no statistical difference in general conditions(gender,age,disease duration)between the two groups(P>0.05)2.Comparison of DHI score:after treatment,the DHI score of the two groups were significantly reduced.The effect of acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle group was better than that ordinary acupuncture group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)3.Comparison of DARS score:after treatment,the DARS score of the two groups were significantly reduced.The effect of acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle group was better than that ordinary acupuncture group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)4.The comparison of TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly reduced.The effect of acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle group was better than the ordinary acupuncture group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)5.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the acupun-cture combined with thumbtack needle group was 93.33%.The total effective rate of the ordinary acupuncture group was 86.67%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of vertigo with the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang can alleviate and elimi-nate the symptoms of vertigo,improve the quality of life2.Through the comparison between the two groups,acupuncture combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of vertigo with the type of hyperactivity of liver-yang was more effective than the ordinary acupuncture group.
