Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Laryngeal Cough Caused On Phlegm-heat Syndrome By Cough 1 Decoction

Objective: Research curative effect of cough 1 Decoction on childrens' s laryngeal cough caused by phlegm-heat syndrome.To further explore the pathogenesis and treatment of TCM pediatric laryngeal cough the study provides clinical basis for TCM treatment of pediatric laryngeal cough throat phlegm-heat syndrome.Methods:The clinical study of 70 cases were collected from the Chengdu University of TCM Affiliated Hospital Outpatient Department of Pediatrics from January 2017 to January 2018 during the visit,which belongs to the throat phlegm-heat syndromes of laryngeal cough in children,according to the design principle of randomized divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The treatment group of 35 cases treated with " Kesou1 Hao Fang",control group 35 cases were treated with" Xiao' er yan bian particle",a course of 7 days,were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups of children with clinical primary and secondary symptoms and signs,tongue pharynx,and then collected data collated respectively,statistical analysis and result analysis using statistical software.Results:(1)the comprehensive curative effect evaluation: treatment group clinical recovery in 6,effective in 18,effective 8,invalid 3,the total effective rate was 91.24%;the control group after treatment in children with recovery of 1,effective in 6,effective 18 people,10 were invalid,the total effective rate was 71.24%.The non parametric test,the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)evaluation of the main symptoms: the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of cough,pharyngeal itching of the main symptoms,compared with a significant statistical significance,the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)times clinical evaluation: the treatment group in improving pharyngeal foreign body sensation,phlegm,throat symptoms,curative effect is better than that of control group.(4)evaluation of pharyngeal signs and tongue effect: after treatment,the treatment group in improving the retropharyngeal lymph follicle hyperplasia "" pharynx "" tongue "signs and the effect is better than the control group.(5)safety evaluation: there were no adverse reactions in the treatment of the patients in the 70 groups,and the safety evaluation of the patients in the two groups was grade 1.Conclusion: cough 1 decoction has good curative effect on laryngeal cough throat dampness syndrome,can effectively control the clinical major and secondary symptoms,improve children throat congestion,pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia and other signs,using the effect of cough 1 Decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough and throat phlegm-heat syndrome was significantly better than the control group.
