Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children Based On The New Concept Of "Fluid Retained Shaoyang Syndrome" Of My Mentor

Objective:This paper by observing the clinical efficacy of Shuangban decoction of fluid retained Shaoyang syndrome is to evaluate the curative effect of Shuangban decoction in treating allergic rhinitis,and to explore the new thinking of Professor Chang Ke of fluid retained Shaoyang syndrome,so as to broaden the dialectical thought of treating allergic rhinitis in children,and to treat the allergic rhinitis in children for clinical treatment for new ideas and methods of treatment.Methods:This study contain 60 cases of children,with fluid retained Shaoyang syndrome of allergic rhinitis were diagnosed in the pediatric clinic of the affiliated Chinese traditional medicine University of Chengdu and were divided into control group and treatment group by using the odd group method.The treatment group oral Shuang ban decoction,1 dose a day.In the control group,chloretadine tablets which's dose reference age and weight were taken orally,once a day.Both groups were taken for 2 weeks in a row.Finally,the clinical symptoms and signs scores of the children included in this study was observed and recorded before and after treatment.And the data of clinical observation and record was compiled and by analysed by SPSS12.0 statistical software.Results:According to statistics,the total effective rate of treatment of this type of allergic rhinitis in the treatment group was 96.67 %,and the apparent efficiency was 36.67 %.The total effective rate of cloretadine group was 90 %,and the apparent efficiency was 6.67 %.The efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant,and the combined judgment showed that the Shuangban decoction group was superior to the chloretatin group in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.From the specific observation indicators,double half soup is superior to the control group in improving the nasal congestion of the main symptoms and improving the secondary symptoms(phlegm,distraught thirst,stool dry first and then dilute).In terms of safety evaluation,both groups of drugs are safe.Conclusion:Basing on the dialectical thinking of fluid retained Shaoyang syndrome,the clinical effect of treating allergic rhinitis in children is accurate.Shuangban decoction is an effective prescription for treating this type of allergic rhinitis.
