Clinical Observation Of Shenfu Si Xian Yin Treating Parkinson's Disease Non-motor Symptoms Efficacy Of Observation

Objective: Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system.Although PD treatments continue to increase,treatment options for non-motor symptoms are limited and the side effects of many therapies may exacerbate non-motor symptoms.Chinese medicine can syndrome differentiation,with the addition and subtraction of disease,in improving PD non-motor symptoms have a unique advantage.In order to further verify the clinical experience of the instructor,we conclude this research topic by referring to the effect of Shenfu Si Xian Yin on improving non-motor symptoms of PD.The diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China in 2016,the grade of disease and evaluation criteria of curative effect were used to observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu Si Xian Yin in treating PD,which laid the foundation for the treatment of PD with Buganqi,Wenshenyang and Shujing Tongluo to better carry out PD Clinical promotion.Methods: A total of 60 patients with PD were enrolled in the Department of Encephalopathy of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to October 2017.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 in each group).The group took anti-PD western medicine and Shenfu Si Xian Yin for 12 weeks,while the control group only took anti-PD western medicine.The two groups were evaluated before treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)staging,MMSE,HAMD,The evaluation of the efficacy of the NCDS was performed on the Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS?,?)and the Parkinson's Disease Non-motor Symptom Scale(NMSS).All data using SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results: The trial included a total of 60 cases.The experimental group,control group before treatment baseline level no difference.H-Y stage,thedistribution of test group and control group before and after treatment were not statistically significant;MMSE,HAMD,UPDRS?,NMSS score,after treatment group comparison and test group before and after treatment were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the distribution of mood,cognition,gastrointestinal tract function and sexual function before and after treatment in all the NMSS symptoms(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in UPDRS? score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of non-motor symptoms were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Shenfu Si Xian Yin can alleviate non-motor symptoms of PD,especially in improving mood,cognition,gastrointestinal function,sexual function more obvious;in improving PD motor symptoms,the effect compared with the control group no significant difference.
