Objective:To verify the clinical effectiveness of non-pharmacological therapy(Baduan Jingong exercise combined with auricular pressure pills)for the treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Method:1.The study subjects were patients who were admitted to the Dongzhimen Hospital.Beijing Hospital and Peking University Third Hospital outpatient clinics between March 2019 and January 2020,and were between 30 and 80 years old.In addition,a total of 60 subjects were able to cooperate with the completion of clinical trials, and were randomly divided into a test group and a control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine plus Parkinson's disease health education, and the test group was given Baduanj ingong exercise combined with ear acupressure on the basis of the control group.Non-Motor Symptom assessment scale for Parkinson's Disease(NMSs),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Parkinson's Fatigue Scale(PFS-16)and Parkinson's disease sleep scale(PDSS)were performed at 0,4,and 8 weeks respectively.Through the comparison between the group and before and after the group, the effect of Baduanjingong exercise combined with ear acupoint pressure pills on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease wasevaluated.2.SPSS20.0 software is used for data analysis:the measurement data conforms to the normal distribution and is represented by" x±S",and the non-normal distribution is represented by the median or quartile;Chi-square test is used for statistical description. The course of disease and Hoehn-Yahr classification were tested by two independent samples nonparametric. The course of disease and Hoehn-Yahr classification were tested by two independent samples nonparametric. The data before and after treatment in the group were compared, which was in accordance with the normal distribution, using paired sample t test,Comparison of data between groups,in accordance with normal distribution, using independent sample t test;Data comparison before and after treatment within the group did not meet the normal distribution, using paired sample non-parametric t test; For data comparison between groups, data that does not conform to the normal distribution are tested using independent sample non-parametric t tests; The test level is a=0.05,p<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results:1-Among the 60 patients enrolled,30 were in the test group and 30 were in the control group. The average age of the test group was 67.87 ± 6.57 years old;The average age of the control group was 65.97±8.40 years. There were 24 males(80%)and 6 females(20%)in the test group;17 males(56.7%)and 13 females(43.3%)in the control group. And there is no significant difference in years of education, course of disease,H-Y grade comparison(p>0.05),there was no significant difference between the scores of NMSs,HAMA,HAMD,PFS,PDSS between the two groups at week 0(p>0.05).2.Comparison within the test group,4 weeks,8 weeks and 0 weeks,NMSs,HAMA,HAMD,PFS and PDSS have statistically significant changes(p<0.05);Compared with the control group, the scores of the NMSs,HAMA,HAMD,and PFS were statistically significant at 8 weeks compared to 0 weeks.(p<0.05).After treatment, the test group and the control group were compared,At 4 weeks, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of PFS and PDSS scores(p<0.05),at 8 weeks, the scores of NMSs,HAMA,HAMD,PFS and PDSS scale were statistically different(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Non-drug therapy(Baduan Jingong exercise combined with auricular pressure pills)can have a synergistic effect on non-motor symptoms such as sleep, fatigue, anxiety, and depression on the basis of conventional treatment of Parkinson's disease.2.Non-drug therapy(Baduan Jingong exercises combined with ear-point pressing pills)has an earlier onset of depression and anxiety, and it may take a longer period of treatment to treat depression and anxiety.3.The operation of Baduanjin exercises combined with ear-point pressing pills is simple and can be used as a valuable auxiliary treatment method for Parkinson's disease.
