Objective:To analysis the motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms of the Parkinson disease and to explore the clincal characterist of the Parkinson disease.Methods:"Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale", "Questionnaire of non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease", "Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression", "Mini-Mental State Examination" was used in 41 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease.Result:"Tremor" is the most common symptom, account for about 85.4%, the UPDRS increase as the develop of the course of the disease, the the most common non-motor symptoms is sleep disorder, about 66.7% of the patients have kinds of sleep disorders, nearly 46.67% of the patients have depression, but none of them have impairment of recognition. Conclusion:The Parkinson's patients usually get diagnosed as the motor symptoms is developed, but the non-motor symtoms have a high rate, and the non-motor symptoms effect the quality of life, enuresis. Therefore, in the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease should attach importance to non-motor symptoms.
