| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of PKP combined with Duzhong Yaotong pills in the treatment of liver-kidney depletion old OVCF.Methods:80 patients with liver-kidney depletion old OVCF from Gansu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and January 2016 to February2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The operation group and the operation combined with Chinese medicine group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were all treated with PKP operation.The VAS scores and ODI scores of the two groups before and 3 days after operation were scored.At the same time,X examination was taken to measure and calculate the ratio of the anterior border height of the vertebral body.The results of preoperative and postoperative 3 days and vertebral data were compared to analyze the efficacy of PKP in the treatment liver-kidney depletion old of OVCF.Two groups of patients were treated accordingly after PKP.In the operation group,calcium carbonate D3 particles were given 3 days after the operation,oral,300 mg/times,2 times/d,wearing waist circumference,and proper rehabilitation exercises.The operation combined with Chinese medicine group: 3 days after the operation,the patients were given calcium carbonate D3 granules,oral,300 mg/ times,2 times /d.At the same time,the combination of Duzhong Yaotong pills,oral,8 tablets,2 times a day.Wear waistline and exercise properly.By comparing the VAS score,the ODI score and the BMD value of the patients in the operation group and the operation combined with the traditional Chinese medicine group,the curative effect of the residual symptoms of the patients after the operation was analyzed by Duzhong Yaotong pills.Result:By comparing the results of VAS scores between two groups of patients before PKP and 3 days after the operation,the 3 day after operation of the two group was significantly lower than that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that after PKP operation,the pain of the patients was significantly relieved than that before operation.Compared with the results of ODI score,the ODI score of two groups of patients were significantly4 lower than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is indicated that after PKP operation,the patient's dysfunction is significantly relieved before operation.The ratio of the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body was compared with that of the vertebral body.The ratio of the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body was significantly higher in two groups of patients than that before the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was indicated that the height of the anterior margin of the vertebral body was obviously restored after PKP operation.By comparing the results of the VAS score of two groups of patients after operation,compared with the two groups,the VAS score of the operation group was significantly lower than that of the operation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the pain relief of the operation combined with Chinese medicine group is better than that of the operation group.By comparing the results of ODI scores after treatment,the ODI scores of the operation group and the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the operation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the improvement of the dysfunction of the operation combined with Chinese medicine group is better than that of the operation group.After comparison of the results of BMD value after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)compared with the operation group BMD.Through the comparison of the overall efficacy after treatment,the effective rate of operation combined with Chinese medicine group is higher than that of operation group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that operation combined with Chinese medicine group is better than operation group.Conclusion:(1)PKP can make liver-kidney depletion old OVCF patients better relieve pain,improve function and restore the height of vertebral body in the short term;(2)Duzhong Yaotong pills can improve the residual pain and dysfunction of liver-kidney depletion old OVCF patients after PKP.;(3)PKP combined with Duzhong Yaotong pills for the treatment of liver-kidney depletion old OVCF is effective and safe and reliable treatment,and has a better clinical value.It is worthy of furtherstudy. |
