| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Yaotong Pills combined with Xiaoding Ointment in the treatment of low back pain brought by surgery of lumbar disc herniation,and to explore its mechanism and treatment advantages,so as to provide theoretical basis for further development and promotion of Duzhong Yaotong Pills and Xiaoding Ointment.Methods: 100 patients with low back pain after lumbar disc herniation were selected according to the inclusion criteria.According to the random number table method,it was divided into Chinese medicine group(Xiaoding Ointment combined with Duzhong Yaotong Pills group)and western medicine group(diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule and Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol group),50 patients in each group,both groups of patients were in the improvement of relevant examinations,the Chinese medicine group was given the external application of Xiaoding Ointment combined with Duzhong Yaotong Pills,and the western medicine group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules orally and Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol for external treatment.Visual analogue pain score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)and modified Japanese Orthopedic Association lumbar vertebral function score(JOA)were used in both groups before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment.Straight leg elevation test angles were measured before treatment,1 week after treatment,2weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment.Lasegue LG and ROM were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy 2 months after the treatment.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was observed and evaluated with the above indicators.The data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results: The baseline data(gender,age,course of disease,BMI,operative segment)of the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05),and were not comparable.There was no significant difference in VAS,ODI,JOA,ROM and LG scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),suggesting that the above indexes of the two groups before treatment were well comparable.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the ODI scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment.The decrease of the Chinese medicine group was greater,and the Chinese medicine group was better than the westernmedicine group.The JOA scores at each time point after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment,one week after treatment,two weeks after treatment,three weeks after treatment,and two months after treatment(P<0.05).The JOA scores were increased,and the Chinese medicine group increased more,suggesting that the Chinese medicine group got better treatment effect;the LG index measured at each time point after treatment was two weeks after treatment,three weeks after treatment,and two months after treatment.The difference of LG scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the LG scores of the two groups were increased after treatment,and the increase of the Chinese medicine group was greater,suggesting that the Chinese medicine group had better treatment effect;The ROM index measured at each time point after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the ROM scores of the two groups after treatment,two weeks after treatment,three weeks after treatment,and two months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the ROM index increased,and the Chinese medicine group increased more,suggesting that the Chinese medicine group had better treatment effect.There was no significant difference in Mac Nab between the two groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients before the treatment of Mac Nab comparable,one week after treatment,two weeks after treatment,three weeks after treatment,two months after treatment,the difference between the two groups of Mac Nab were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the Chinese medicine group is more excellent.The rate and efficiency were higher than those of the western medicine group,suggesting that the Chinese medicine group got better treatment effect;the clinical efficacy evaluation criteria of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group(96.0%)was higher than the western medicine group(86.0%),suggesting that the Chinese medicine group got better clinical treatment effect.Conclusion: The effect of Duzhong Yaotong Pills combined with Xiaoding Ointment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule combined with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol group.The therapeutic effect is lasting,the side effects and adverse reactions are light,and the side effect is significantly reduced.It can significantly reduce the recovery time of low back pain after lumbar disc herniation caused by various reasons,improve the clinical symptoms of pain,and promote theearly recovery of life quality of patients,which is worthy of further development and clinical application. |
