The Study Of College Students' Basic Medical Insurance Satisfaction In Xinjiang

Since 2009,college students have been included in the basic medical insurance of urban residents(hereinafter referred to as basic medical insurance),with the continuous expansion of its coverage,the continuous increase in population coverage,has become a hot spot by many scholars.But the policy can not fully meet the medical needs of the majority of students,and there are still many aspects to be improved.Therefore,the paper takes the satisfaction of college students' basic medical insurance as a research perspective,based on the questionnaire method to evaluates the satisfaction level of college students on basic medical insurance and explores the main factors that affect their satisfaction,then finds out the problems existing in the whole operation of basic medical insurance for college students and forward pertinent suggestions.This paper is based on the theory of customer satisfaction,the construction of College Students' basic medical insurance satisfaction structure equation model combined with the actual situation of college students.This model contains four latent variables of the evaluation index system,including: basic medical insurance system factors,medical experience factors and basic medical insurance cognition,the basic medical insurance overall satisfaction,and on the basis of investigation and design the questionnaire,conducted a questionnaire survey of colleges students from five university in Xinjiang area.The main contents are as follows: first,analyze university students in Xinjiang area status and influencing factors of basic medical insurance satisfaction;second,by gender,household nature as regulation variables,analysis of different export.Third,based on the multi-group structural equation model,the questionnaire data of college students in Xinjiang and Shandong are compared and analyzed.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the survey data,it is found that college students in Xinjiang have problems of weak health awareness,low awareness of basic medical insurance,and low level of satisfaction.(2)The factors of medical experience have a significant and direct positive impact on the overallsatisfaction of college students with basic medical insurance;The factors of basic medical insurance system have direct and indirect influence on the overall satisfaction of college students' basic medical insurance,and the cognition of medical insurance only has indirect influence on the overall satisfaction of college students' basic medical insurance.(3)Take the demographic characteristics variables(sex,household registration nature)as a control variable found that the influence of each dimension on the overall satisfaction degree of the basic medical insurance for college students is the same,but the degree of influence in different dimensions is different.(4)The comparative analysis with Shandong universities shows that the satisfaction evaluation in Shandong is generally higher than in Xinjiang,and each factor has a different influence on the overall satisfaction of basic medical insurance for college students.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the satisfaction of college students' basic medical insurance.
