Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Niaochang Shu Capsule On Overactive Bladder Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis After Postmenopausal

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of M receptor antagonist combined with Niaochang Shu capsule on overactive bladder of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after postmenopausal,and to explore the clinical synergism and safety of Niaochang Shu capsule on postmenopausal overactive bladder.Methods:Using a randomized controlled trial,78 postmenopausal patients with bladder hyperactivity of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into two groups.There were 39 cases in the treatment group(trabeculonium chloride tablet+Niaochang Shu capsule)and 39 cases in the control group(trabeculonium chloride tablet).Screening eligible patients into a course of treatment(30days).Observing the two groups changes of OABSS,SF-36,Kupperman scores,and the changes of 24 hours urination times and the average urine volume per 24 h before and after treatment.All results were performed using SPSS22.0 Statistical analysis showed that P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:The treatment group which is including 39 cases,there are 8 cases achieve clinical cure(20.5%),13 cases with remarkable effect(33.3%),17 cases have effective(43.6%),1 cases with invalid(2.6%),the total effective rate was97.4%.Control group with 37 patients,there are 5 cases achieve clinical cure(13.5%),11 cases with remarkable effect(29.7%),15 cases have effective(40.5%),6cases with invalid(16.2%).Total efficiency 83.8%.There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).In both groups,the OABSS,SF-36,24 hours urination times and the average urine volume per 24 h were significantly improved compared with those treatment before(P < 0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman score of the treatment group was significantly improved than before(P < 0.05),the Kupperman score of the control group was not significantly improved than before(P>0.05).After treatment there was no significant difference OABSS,SF-36,in 24 hours urination times and 24 hours mean voiding volume between the two groups(P >0.05).There was significant difference in Kupperman scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).In treatment group theincidence of total adverse reactions in the treatment group was 25.6%,the incidence of dry mouth was 17.9%,constipation was 2.6%,and blurred vision was 5.1%.In the control group,the incidence of total adverse reactions was 67.5%,and the incidence of dry mouth was 37.8%,constipation was 21.6%,blurred vision was 8.1%.There was significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Niaochang Shu capsule has a certain therapeutic effect on Overactive bladder of postmenopausal kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Combined with M-receptor antagonist(trabeculonium chloride),it can improve the urination symptoms,and alleviate the PMS symptoms.It is a effective way to reduce the adverse reaction of M receptor antagonist.It can be used as an effective treatment for overactive bladder of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after menopause.
