Clinical Observation Of Qianlieshutong Capsule Combined With α-1A Receptor Blocker In Treatment Of Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Type Ⅲ Prostatitis

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of the treatment of type IIIprostatitis with QianlieShutong Capsule Combined with α1A receptorblocker.Methods:121patients with damp heat and blood stasis type IIIprostatitis were randomly divided into observe group and control group,were treated with Qianlie Shutong Capsule (3capsules,3times daily) plustamsulosin hydrochloride capsules (0.2mg,1night) and tamsulosinhydrochloride capsules (0.2mg, every night1). after8weeks treatment,according to American National Institutes of Health (NIH) formulation ofChronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (CPSI), international index of erectilefunction (IIEF-5) symptom quantization of two groups of patients, andobserve the changes of lecithin、 WBC and PH value in expressedprostatic secretions before and after the treatment, clinical efficacycompared two groups of patients and their side effects.Results: After8weeks of treatment, between the observe group andthe control group, NIH-CPSI score, QOL score and the number of WBC inthe EPS decreased significantly （P<0.01）, but the observe groupdecreased significantly compared with control group （P<0.01）.Conclusion: QianlieShutong Capsule Combined with α1A receptorblocker in treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type III prostatitis hasobvious effect than single use α1A receptor blocker, is worth the clinical promotion.
