Lumbar disc herniation(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)is a kind of clinical common disease which is mainly manifested by low back pain and lower limb radiation pain.At present, the treatment methods can be divided into two categories:surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment, and acupuncture rehabilitation plays an important role in the non-operative treatment of LDH.This article will summarize the progress of modern acupuncture treatment by LDH to show the research direction and research ideas of acupuncture in recent years, put forward the existing problems in clinical research, and provide reference for further study of acupuncture treatment of LDH.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training on lumbar disc herniation and to explore their combination of advantages for non-surgical treatment of LDH method to provide a reference.Methods62 cases were selected according to the standard of inclusion, according to the ratio of 1:1,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:lumbar-three-needle acupuncture group and combined treatment group. The lumbar-three-needle group to the lumbar-three-needle based dialectical acupuncture treatment, combined treatment group to the lumbar-three-needle based syndrome differentiation acupuncture treatment with rehabilitation training. The treatment was given once a day,5 times a week,10 times for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the JOA calorie scale and ODI questionnaire were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated according to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software package, and the correlation between the group and the group was compared.ResultsThe general data and clinical baseline data of the two groups were compared and analyzed respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that the baseline level of the combined treatment group and the lumbar-three-needle group was consistent, and the data were comparable The After a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 96.7%in the combined treatment group and 90.3%in the lumbar-three-needle group. The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of JOA were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of the combination group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),so the combination therapy group was better than the lumbar group(P<0.05).The scores of ODI questionnaire were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of the combination group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).So that the combined treatment group is better than the lumbar-three-needle group.ConclusionLumbar-three-needle therapy and the lumbar-three-needle based rehabilitation training have good effect on LDH,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms and activities of patients with dysfunction. In contrast, under the guidance of the lumbar-three-needle concept with the rehabilitation of the treatment of patients to improve the symptoms and activities of patients with low back pain, daily work and life and other aspects of the effect is more significant, and the clinical efficacy of combined treatment than the use of needle alone Sting treatment is better.
