Clinical Research On The Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Patients Treated With Tendons Massage Combined With Fire Needle Therapy

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of treatment of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by tendon massage combined with fire needle therapy?fire needle therapy or tendon massage.Methods : 160 cases of acupuncture clinic patients with Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation collected from June 2014 to November 2015 were treated by Simple digital random method and divided into control group 40 cases(acupuncture),fire needle group40 cases,tendon massage group 40 cases,tendon massage combined with fire needle group40 cases.The clinical efficacy evaluation was carried out by low back pain evaluation table JOA and evaluation criteria of of TCM symptoms.Results:the cure rate was 35.00%,efficient 75.00% in the control group;the cure rate was55.00%,effectiveness 85.00% in the fire needle group;the cure rate was 55.00%,the effective rate was 82.50% in the tendon massage group;the cure rate was70.25%,effectiveness 95.00% in the tendon massage combined with fire needle group.the cure rate and effective rate by tendon massage combined with fire needle group was significantly higher than the other three groups,the difference is statistically significant;there is no differences between the tendon massage and fire needle group in the aboving rate,they had no statistical significance;fire needle group in the aboving rate were higher than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant.at the same time,we concluded that the subjective symptom scores,clinical signs,daily activities by limit and the total score of JOA low back pain by tendon massage combined with fire needle group was significantly higher than that before treatment and the other three groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant;there is no differences between the tendon massage and fire needle group in the aboving score,they had no statistical significance;fire needle group in the aboving score were higher than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of tendon massage combined with fire needle therapy are better than other therapies for Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.2.the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by tendon massage has good curative effect.3.fire needle has the similar clinical efficacy as the tendon massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
